Bankruptcy doesn’t mean that you lose all of your assets. Warren Trazenfeld is representing physician Gerard Grau, who has filed a malpractice lawsuit against Boca Raton law firm Furr & Cohen for allegedly making an error on his bankruptcy that left out his disability insurance. The doctor is seeking $5 million.
